training experience

1. the first time in my life a different type of experience occurred to me in a training I conducted for workers .
2. It was a half day class on QMS/EMS and self management.about 25 workers were there.
3. the session started at 1345hrs and there was a short tea break at1500hrs.
4. At that time another worker from outside, came in and started verbally abusing me saying I am wasting their hard earned money ,by calling to the hall 15 ladies and 10 men workers and telling them no new thing.I was almost stealing from them according to him> I should not think that nobody is there to question what I am doing.He will question me.
   
5. He was drunk.Somebody then took him outside.
6. The setup of the hall was in such a manner that any body can enter the hall without the permission of the trainer, the entrance very wide and the door kept open for air circulation.
7. after the tea break , I told the officer available that I will continue the class only if he will confirm that the troublemaker will not return
8. nobody from the participants side apologized for the unruly behavior of their colleague
9. But all of them were very attentive throughout and tried to make use of the training opportunity for their benefit.
   
10. The training got completed as per schedule without any further untoward incident
11. The officer later told me that he was not aware of the entry of the trouble maker(who has joined just after suspension) into the hall and there are some unruly elements like him in the organization(even with criminal violence cases).
    
12. I do not know what to make out of this.Any way I have gone to their company as invited by their HR head ,since he found my classes effective to bring some understanding of the subject among workers .I am glad that I could convey some good message to the group of trainees for their own benefit.
