worst co passengers in trains

In my observation the worst co passengers you can have are the career politicians and the off duty Policemen/ service personnel (I agree , there are so many good people in these groups also NOT ALL ARE BAD ) while travelling in the trains.
this is in the form of

• no sense of others' privacy and maintenance of decorum
  
• too many mobile phone calls and loud speaking into the phone
• Boisterousness
  
• showing off
  
• invading your seating space
• intruding into what others are doing
• smoking and drinking (if possible )
  
• All these becomes much more when they are in groups
  

nobody stands up to them and point out what they are doing is wrong
