The Sage Says “As the common village well stores water, for common good, the wealth of  a wise rich man,  is for the good of humanity”.
It is not for excessive personal gratification, personal enjoyment.

Meaning, “Before you share wealth, you have to create it” only fools will talk about redistribution of wealth, without first creating it.
This is because all wealth is not alwaya naturally created ; some of it is definitely created and manmade.
The trusteeship principle espoused by the Mahatma also, is a similar concept.
The fundamental of this is the world runs on LOVE, HARDWORK, COMPASSION& SACRIFICE.  There is no compulsion in this.  It is freely chosen.  This comes from the inner volition of each good man.  Both the receiver and provider gain and grow.  It is part of the “PanchamahaYagnas” the duty of every Indian.  This is the unique lesson from India.

The sage Thiruvalluvar reminds us only of this.
